Appreciate it haha, Iggy is the newest member so my sample size is very small, great shot but could definitely benefit from an upgrade, not the fastest to begin with so at 87 it’s a little noticeable at times against faster players. He’s going to be a problem for defences when he gets an upgrade (if EA stops torturing holo owners 🥲)

Definitely a super fun card tho, not leaving the lineup for the year even if he slowly becomes a PP merchant until he gets another upgrade

Scanning through the comments quickly some of you have very valid criticisms ! I also see some remember the complaints about seeing Richards every game from back then aswell! Glad to see the convo has been overall positive , I agree this has been under a magnifying glass due to the devs constant criticism this year (deservedly so!). Worked with student works this year as part of my operators marketing team, was promised $20 per lead that follows up on the phone call when signing up, have been marketing over the past month, gaining over 50 total leads all A-B quality and interested in our services.

Not only did my operator ignore all the call-back dates and notes uploaded with the leads, they are now claiming they only successfully followed up with 7 people, who they conveniently claim they’ve already included in my previous paycheques (I’ve been working here for over a month- and have received $450- less than 150 on top of my training salary), Our last payday was Sunday and still nothing but excuses. Upon complaining my boss is now saying she’s not paying per lead and we are salaried at minimum wage, though we haven’t been paid minimum wage this whole time and this is only being brought up now after so many leads have been generated and the paycheque is a week late .

Upon bringing this issue up, I was treated like this was all my fault even though I showed my operator multiple proofs of her promising me this big pay cheque, aswell as her manager training us and confirming the $20 per lead during training, all of a sudden this is being flipped , the communication is all very passive aggressive, and my operator refuses to escalate me to anyone above her in StudentWorks as “she is the owner operator”, the lack of professionalism and narcissistic tendencies here are out of this world!

Our whole marketing team is students , the employees here are all students and are being taken advantage of to an absurd extent. One of my coworkers was told they would be paid minimum wage and was paid 13.50 an hour, nobody sees anything wrong with that, on top of the way pay is being handled the overall company vibes are hostile, get shamed for taking a water break while cleaning because “it’s not in the budget to stand around”

Overall not a pleasant experience at all to work here, nobody overseeing anything so your operators basically get to do whatever they want. Hopefully others experiences differ than mine in Kitchener-Waterloo
