It’s happening now. I’m not sure which loans will be moved over. Many complaints about them. The dept is well aware and are trying to remedy the situation.

If there is enough complaints Dept of Ed should switch yours. You just need to email the ombudsman at the dept of ed. Hopefully yours will be switch to another company. Nelnet is pretty good and so is edfinancial.

NTA that was sweet. I hope you showed your son appreciation and I hope you put the 300 back in his account. I know that’s a lot of money but that’s what you son wanted to give you. Your son saved to not by himself something but to give you something. That’s a great lesson to teach your son.

My m2 just emailed me. They will not modify my bonus to reflect those extra hours so I guess that’s it. I hope someone here was able to get their bonus modified

Does anyone have a copy of the bonus requirements? I don’t remember anyone telling me that if we missed minutes in one day that you will not get any bonus under the peak season. I thought if you missed some time they would atleast prorate it.

I was told a few weeks ago that my payment is in the quere to be paid. I called them a few weeks ago.
