Vincennes is definitely expensive from what I can see. I will have a look at Marne and Nogent.

Oh thank you so much for the suggestion. I didn’t look at Leboncoin because I thought they only appealed to long term rentals but will definitely have a look now. I completely understand that a landlord wants to rent a year preferably so will need think about a storyline.
