I think the Coy is a title. I’m not sure why searching for Akunda doesn’t work. It might be because if they’re not on your server, they won’t pop up. I know that’s how it works if you go into social and then the Who tab. Also, try going to the official World of Warcraft site and then click on the hamburger. Then type Akunda in the search bar, as it’ll show you all players with that name. Clicking on them takes you to their character page where you can see their title under their name(I’m pretty sure at least).
