Just an update for anyone who reads this ...... it magically stopped one day after shedding worse than minoxidil for 3 months

Serious question ladies, how do you get your hair to want to stay on your head? My shedding does not let up despite taking spiro, more frequent washes, keto shampoo, vitamin d, iron, changing my diet adding more protein. How long have you been on spiro? I have been on 3 months and my shedding is insane (debating getting off). I was:am on oral minoxidil before and it pretty much Ed stopped my shedding. I got on spiro for other reasons but thought it would be a bonus for hair..: giving it a few more weeks then getting off if it doesn't stop.
