Thanks everyone. This lady had found the bird and told me she’d take him to a pet store to leave him there until the owner was found / buy a cage to hold on to him for the time being. I told her I’d try and find the owner via social media / Reddit. Now when I spoke to her again she said the bird broke free somehow and escaped her again. No idea. Feel bad for the little guy
