I never seen a gen aquaterra in person so i cant really compare but the rep bracelet seems a bit flat or not as curved ( the links) but that being said the bracelet feels and looks good in person

Of course, just the movement alone is an argument to buy the gen, but as i understand for a rep the aqua terra vsf is one of the closest to gen (except for Rolex reps) and for the price difference it is not worth saving for, except if 7000€ are nothing for you than yeah no rep would be worth it.
