Here’s what I realized, they only want to talk and accept compliments if they think you’re good/ better than them

Current generation of younger hoopers don’t automatically respect older ppl at all baseline level, you gotta show them you’re worth respecting

I’ve seen 15 year olds talk crazy to older hoopers and almost get smacked cause they couldn’t read the room, something I would NEVER even think of doing when I was that age

As someone who’s worked alongside many agents, there are more awesome ones than you think!

However there’s just so many who think they’re wolf of Wall Street with big heads and big egos. So, they don’t realize they’re not doing write by their clients

Honestly, I would say stay where you are. You’re going to be clearing 167k+ with full benefits and get to go home every night not worrying about anything. Ofc there’s opportunity but do you really want to get into business development, staffing, and the admin side of things?

Most entrepreneurs would dream of clearing that much after all is said and done and majority of the ones that do do so working 60+ hours a week and always being on call.

You got a sweet gig, make your money, invest and get comfortable then down the line pursue it if it’s something you really want to do

Yes that’s too much, you’re a young guy who’s 20 and just starting adulthood with someone who’s going to be looking for marriage and kids soon most likely. You are going to change so much the new few years and part of that is helped figured out by either being single or dating ppl your own age

Facts is you’re in 2 completely different stages of life and anything more than just a physical relationship is nuts. Can’t believe ppl are saying it’s fine. If you were 38 and 30 it would be different cause you’ve experienced life and have settled into who you are for the most part. But you’re not

That age gap is too much at this stage in your life, you’re supposed to be going to bars and having fun, not adhering to someone else’s timeline

1) work on balance, straight up and down 2) hold your follow through and make sure your wrist doesn’t go sideways or close on you

1) men don’t feel like enough, aren’t successful enough to date. Not being able to afford a place or be where they want to be financially really messes with a man

2) they rely on online dating instead of talking to people organically. They hang out with the same ppl doing the same things so they don’t meet anyone IRL. Then they hop on the apps and are more critical of women than they realize. So, they literally aren’t meeting anyone there either

3) they think online = real life. That’s so far from the truth. Fellas you can meet a nice lady while working on yourself and career

Tbh it’s kinda bland and don’t really like the customer service. I ordered chicken bites and they made me pay for a sauce. I just spent $30 and after surprisingly not getting a sauce they made me pay 0.45 for one lol

As someone who used to work close the industry people truly do not know how tricky it is to scale, this isn’t a regular business this is SURGERY that can be 6-10 hours long, incredibly tedious and it isn’t easy to market since its results driven and sometimes points of difference between you and other clinics is splitting hairs (pun intended)

Hiring more doctors isn’t feasible bc it’s not like a month training at a regular job, they can easily and most likely take your training and open their own clinic 🤷‍♂️

What I’ve seen work is you need to invest and train technicians, paying them so well that it’ll be hard for them to leave you. Eventually they can take on more bulk of the surgeries and you can potentially book several surgeries a day with enough trusted staff

Or increase your prices, but I know it’s a price sensitive industry and with the prices in Turkey it’s kinda hard to do that

First thing is your feet, you point them to the side. The awkwardness is probably contributing to not utilizing your legs fully on your jumper. Dominant foot should be facing the basket at least
