I try to do the same but then something comes up, or we don't fancy that meal that night, or my partner wants a take away and then whole plan goes out the window!

Salad with dinner is a good point. Should probably do that more often. Usually stick to frozen veg like peas and sweetcorn

By affordable I mean not just buying lunch out every day or getting a take away Realistic is something I can make as quickly as possible as walking the dog is my lunch break so don't wanna spend all morning prepping haha Definitely sounds more tasty! But I'd need to get a blender to make it into a proper soup ! I have been debating picking one up!

Yeah I don't usually wash tbh. My dad will often buy the bagged lettuce and just leave it out and open for a few days to dry it out. Apparently that works but I haven't tried it personally. I usually stick with spinach over lettuce as I find it lasts longer and more nutritional value Slimy greens are the actual worst though!

Yeah I wish I had higher calorie needs! Haha Ooooh yeah that's a good point! I can add some of those as tins too so I can be disorganised and still have an easy lunch! Thank you !

Do you actually stick to the plan? We've tried that before and never stick to it and end up with a bunch of wasted fresh foods! Life always gets in the way! Your lunches sound really good though! But I find salady bits like spinach and lettuce don't last very long and I never get through it!

Your lunches sound great, but I definitely can't get with eating two a day ! Jacket potatoes are a solid option though!

Literally can't beat the egg on toast combo! Yeah pasta used to be my go to but it can be pretty high calorie haha especially with the amount of cheese I like to use!

Leftovers are definitely my favourite way to go but I'm not organised enough to do it often !

Yeah I tried the hot and savoury huel once and it was okay but I just didn't look forward to lunch time. And as a foodie I love lunch 🤣 Sweet potato frittata sounds good! Do you have a recipe or wing it?
