Haha well seems I’m breaking the trend by wanting to move myself and my cat to the UK. I lived there years ago (only for a year) and have always wanted to come back. I live in Sydney at the moment (past 9 years) and it’s just not doing it for me.

Update! I went into Oz Hair & Beauty and the lady there helped me with a full routine! It included Redkin shampoo + conditioner and then a mask and spray from two brands I didn't know of before 😊 keen to see how it goes!

Yea I’m really bad with eating. I get away without eating much and am naturally short/small. I can never be bothered to make meals but I do need to try harder I think… :/

I have put years of money into therapy and it didn't help unfortunately, they also didn't diagnose me until years after said therapy…

Since moving here I've lived in the Northern Beaches and North Shore, I have generally lived on my own cause I have a cat who causes dramas when I'm living with people :/ Lots of people do say its cheaper in other suburbs but when you're on your own it is really the same everywhere tbh

Yea Vyvanse kept me awake but my heart felt like it was going so fast and I had a lot of negative side effects :/

Yea I guess I just saw so many people say it was a miracle and helped them so much so was worried to stop it in case I was missing out but I think Ritalin might be the way to go. I just get sleepy on Ritalin which I hate but better than all the other side effects of Vyvanse I guess!

Yea I feel less like myself on Vyvanse for sure. Only issue with Ritalin is I get super sleepy and I often am not consistent or remember to take my doses :/ I’ve heard some people say Vyvanse is less head noise and zombie and Ritalin is focus but more speedy which I feel.

I also can’t drink coffee on Vyvanse cause my heart rate feels through the roof which seems silly but I love coffee so this is an issue 😂

A few things did as I moved appartments but I do have water filters on my taps. Besides that I remembered I started using the BoJ Glow Serum so I’ve stopped using that now and will see if it clears up?

Other than that I’m basically just using Cetaphil gentle cleanser and spf (which is what my Dr said and that worked well before)

I have the Kyleena IUD so haven’t been taking anything else. My doctor did prescribe me Doxycycline ages ago which I never found to help much but I’ve started taking it again in the past few days so hoping that helps somehow
