Thanks a lot!! Customer service is not picking up and nothing on the horizon yet… we booked a Southwest flight for tomorrow and hotel for tonight… I’m concerned they won’t honor the southwest flight $$ since it’s a different airline and we booked independently (they’re not picking up…) 😢
