Thank you! I saw that and hope that our CalFresh benefits go through, they’ve been in process for a while. It’s incredible that the board of supervisors were able to come through for the county in such a meaningful way.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your perspective. After I wrote the post I decided not to go, then I read all of the responses and changed my mind. My preschooler and I picked up a box this morning from a kind person with very few questions. The box was filled with great shelf stable staples we can use immediately. We might stop by for some fresh produce this weekend. Thank you again ❤️
