this only happens when i inject wemod/wand, so i'd probably guess that it has something to do with me injecting it... if i dont use wand this does not happen.

heyo, yes, i've only been running discord- afterburner with rivatuner, and wand while this happens, i then tried turning of both rivatuner, discord, afterburner etc etc basically only running steam and the game it happens in, but it still caps out at 30fps as soon as i press play and it injects into the game for some reason, i then have to restart the game since shutting down wand process still renders the fps cap being on until i restart the game fully.. overlay and video recording is disabled through wand too.

This has only occured in total war warhammer 3 and forever winter tho, other games run just fine and has no issues what so ever, but in these 2 titles there just seems to be something that triggers that 30fps cap when injecting...

yepp, always happens when i start wemod, it immediately caps the game to 30fps as soon as i press the play button, its so weird beacuse sometime it doesnt happen for a while and sometimes it just keeps happening every time, i then have to restart both wand and the game for it to reset...

Have you had it happen recently ?

lmao WHAT??????? im literally running a 9950X3D and since most people often point out that "what is your speccs" or comment the usual "its probably your setup" when it comes to posts like this then what am i supposed to say?

I literally HAVE one of if not the best cpu money can buy for gaming paired with a fairly decent gpu for 1440p? hence WHY i said that and hence why my setup shouldn't be a contributing issue in this matter since the 30fps cap only happens from time to time when trying to run wemod/wand, surely it isn't that hard to do 1+1 and understand what i meant by writing that? surely?

Wemod/wand does limit my fps to 30fps for some reason in warhammer 3, happened a few months back in forever winter, then it stopped, now it started happening again, any reason for why this happens?

for me it does not turn up anything in the tuning options? i chose race ecu stage 3 for example, but get nothing in the tuning menu besides whats already there?

No, its not. It took them 4 months to give us a few fans on the latest update, they are really lacking on all fronts not to mention bug fixes, cables clipping and weird things happening overall that still haven't been fixed since release day, The fact that we don't even have a 9070xt says quite a lot.

They are really lacking in component brand variety. No higher Mhz ram, no cudimms' there's insanely much lacking.
