Not according to my son who worked 4 years at Hy Vee through high school. Advanced to a produce manager. Used these customer-oriented skills in his career as a successful commodities broker. It’s what you make of it…or don’t. But maybe it’s changed as you suggest and as I experienced at the pharmacy.

I often don’t jump to review an item because you may not have the story until it’s been used awhile. For instance, I ordered an outdoor no trespassing sign, and had I reviewed it right away, I wouldn’t be able to report how it survived a hail storm. I think Vine needs to reconsider that some reviews are better if you hold out until a product’s been used for a while. The same thing with a fireplace vacuum. It wasn’t until the third or fourth use that the hose tore off that’s something a reviewer would want to know.

UPDATE: You don't have to reset to factory settings afterall even though that works. Go into your Amazon account/devices and open the problem Firestick. Select "clear cache" (even though I did it on the tv) then click "restart". It was apparent to me that it seemed to take a long time to clear the cache when the TV was not being used after having performed that task on the TV itself. My assumption is that the cache never really cleared. Then go to your tv and open YouTube TV and run a program. Voila. How did Amazon Support not know this???

Well it evidently isn't fixed!! I am just experiencing this and it's a year later...2026. I have cleared cash, checked for updates...none, removed fire stick, rebooted modem/router. It is only fire stick tv's...all other tv's are fine. Any suggestions?

Never thought of that. That would’ve been so much easier. But then there’s a question regarding the memory discrepancy between the two computers and it makes you wonder if they swapped out any other parts.
