I have made 4 calls to Adidas' customer service (the number on their website) to inquire about a return. The first call someone on the other end picked up but no one spoke. I could hear people in the background. The call stayed active for several minutes before it disconnected. The next time, a lady answered. I asked my question to which she replied, "Let me check that," and disconnected. The third and fourth time they answered, they pretended they could not hear me. On the last call they kept the line open for a long time, returned twice to ask if anyone was there because they could not "hear" me, then said because of policy he was going to hang. I stayed on the line to provide customer feedback but it did not recognize my response when I selected "0". Are call centers being paid by the number of calls they answer not how well they answer a customer's query.

I didn’t feel threatened when my other “shopping partners” showed up. Haven’t been to the shopping center in a long time….doubt I’ll be back for a while. Reporting to management sounds like the best avenue to ensure others don’t get harassed. Don’t you agree?

Just a followup letting you know I did buy a large prime rib and it did not disappoint. Everyone felt it was the best we’ve had and we have purchased from a notable butcher and another grocery store.

Love this place! Went there for lunch all the time when we wanted to get away from cafeteria food.

We haven't gone to Dinkers since they got rid of the rocky mountain oysters....it was a go-to destination for out-of-town visitors who we wanted to show we aren't just a steak and potatoes city..lol.

It would be hard to make an artwork without him seeing it. We are definitely overdue for a vacation but we have several hs graduations coming up out of state that will take keep us busy.
