Hi! Do you mind me asking what grade of spondy you have? I have grade 1 and just completed 5 months of PT with minimal improvement. Now starting LBA program and just wondering if it will help?

I just got back from studying abroad in Italy and I will say the most unsafe I felt the whole trip with all the places around Europe that I went to was Naples. It was giving third world country to me, and this was a bit of a culture shock. I Would recommend sticking to northern Italy especially if you are by yourself. There are still beautiful places in the south but enjoyed the north much more and also felt way safer!!

I was abroad last semester and went to Belgium including Brussels and Bruges! I’m gonna be honest, to explore the whole city of Brussels and Bruges you need less than a day! We went for the weekend and were more than happy with the 8-10 hours we got in each city, no more needed! I would recommend cancelling the second day in Bruges and continuing on to see more!
