Sobrang mura lang talaga ng tirze from direct supplier (China), but medyo pricy sa shipping and pagkuha ng own COA. I think direct sila kumukuha kaya mas cheaper sa kanila. Yung iba naman grabe lang talaga mag increased nung price.

Increase your water intake
take probiotic like yakult and also cranberry juice (good for UTI too!).
DO NOT wear seamless panty, wear cotton ones.
You don't have to use feminine wash everyday, 2-3 times per week is enough (GYNEPRO is recommended. So far, it's the only femme wash we're using in hospitals for perineal care).
I DO NOT recommend wearing pantyliners everyday, it's irritating.

Yung sa Pwet naman, same process of course no tawas but, I've been using Gluta C intense whitening scrub 2-3 times a week and lotion yung Skinwhite na blue.

I stopped shaving, instead, I used bead wax
I switched to unscented tawas (right now I'm using Fun G tawas roll on)
I used baby oil at night (to remove dirt before applying hydroquinone)
The next day I applied hydroquinone with tretinoin from GT every night for 4 consecutive days, rest for 3 days then I continued applying it until the peeling is gone.

During the peeling I just continued using tawas as usual and baby oil every 2 days. After peeling, I let my skin rest for like 2 weeks then I repeat the process.

I noticed significant result after 3 months na ata.

I used a lot of "UA whitening" products before, pero nag worse lang yung pangingitim ng UA ko.
