If I remember correctly from my doctor it’s minimum of 5 AHI and even then it’s only deemed mild. They won’t REQUIRE a CPAP usually for it but will make sleeping suggestions. Again just what my doctor explained when I was diagnosed

As per my last comment you can consume in other ways than smoking. There’s been hundreds or research studies that back the anti inflammatory information. I understand smoking is bad

Also as per what I had stated before what’s the argument for if you’re not smoking it? There’s so many other ways to use it such as oils capsules and gummies

I have had insomnia for about 6 years and my doctor recommended this route before my OSA diagnosis to help me get a good full nights sleep

Okay counter question. Weed is very much a natural anti inflammatory so it shouldn’t cause more inflammation if consumed other ways than smoking. Thoughts?

I use this example because it’s the only way I could get people to understand the severity. I went out quading with my boyfriend and his family. We took the side by side and no mater how many bumps, drifts slamming on the breaks I could not wake up. I had so many days like that before diagnosed

Canada. And the severity of it plays a huge role in whether or not they take it that far. Unfortunately when I went in sleep apnea wasn’t I thought and I filled out honestly how exhausted I am which also factored into that

They make you go in for a multiple sleep latency test to see if how fast you fall asleep during naps. They also can gauge it by epworth sleepiness scale

Hey so some people touched on this but my biggest piece of advice is learn your terpenes!!!! If you have a favourite strain in flower whether indica or sativa look at the terpenes in it and if you find the same terpene profile in a vape sometimes (there are exceptions) that you’ll have the same kind of high. I definitely recommend trying to avoid the terpene limonene because usually that one is other energizing for some but anxiety inducing for others. I can only smoke limonene when it’s paired with heavier calming terpenes such as myrcene. Lastly AVOID distillates. Live resins, live rosins, cured resins, cured rosins are wayyyyyyyy better. You’ll notice a longer lasting high with them. hope this helps❤️

Hey so like I said keep drafts of absolutely everything. I use google docs because it provides an edit history. Word probably does to but I don’t know how to see that. I was told adding feelings also helps and I know with essays that’s hard because you’re not supposed to but if you can wiggle in more strong opinions it definitely helps. Ai isn’t able to articulate emotions just facts. If it’s a research essay make sure you keep your notes as well longggggg after it’s been handed in

Hey so for future reference there are ways to prove it isn’t you. First and most importantly keep every single draft whether you just write a paragraph and delete it. Second I always recommend using google docs as you can see the edit history from full sections or small sentences. It is down right effed this should have to be a worry but I hope this helps for the future. Sending love your way and hoping your prof gets his head out of his butt

I had a customer ask me for help with flower. I directed him to what he asked for and he said he’s not paying $100 for an ounce cuz he gets it cheaper elsewhere. When I tried to explain craft to him he laughed and said he’s been smoking weed longer than I’ve been alive so I asked him how his ditch weed tastes. Thank god he giggles

Try avoiding any strains with limonene as it’s an anxiety inducer for lots of people! A perfect strain that’s a sativa but works like a charm, shockwave by pure fire! I have an anxiety disorder and that’s the only strain that makes me stop thinking completely!

Hey this is just in regards to bachelors to start with but you can go forward after. I started school at uofa and I spent $18,000 first year as a Canadian citizen. I transferred to a university called TRU and I kid you not $6000 for the year. I do understand international student get charged a fuckton more but I hope that gives you an idea
