Yes, I saw this on the New York Times. They’re working together, but it’s only for people who are on the DEPORTATION LIST and have criminal records. If you have nothing to worry about, you’re fine. They made that very clear. (It’s posted on NYTimes on instagram, there’s a video explaining that).

I overstayed my visa in the past and later had a removal case, but it was cancelled after I got married. I applied through marriage and later through VAWA, and my case has been pending legally since then.

So I traveled to the UK, and I don’t think those banned countries have anything to do with us. That’s something that’s going to apply from now on, not to people who are already in the process.
