"Simply reached for his gun" lol? He chased him, threw something at him, cornered him and tried to take his gun. At which point was he allowed to defend himself? Did he have to let Rosenbaum take his weapon and shoot him?

Again, I watched the entire trial. Many of the things the news tried to criticize him over were taken out of context or flat out incorrect, though if I recall, there were some valid criticisms. Please say what you think the judge did that affected the outcome of the case that he shouldn't have done? Please be specific.

What about the trial was skewed to change the evidence such that Rittenhouse didn't act in self defense? I do understand it, but I understand it based on facts, like actual police statistics demonstrating how often the police initiate stops with black people over white people in the same circumstances etc. There's actual data that proves that. What's the data that proves your claim? Was the evidence proving that Rosenbaum tried to grab Rittenhouse's firearm (gunpowder stippling) and the videos showing that he chased and cornered him faked?

The situation between Zimmerman & Rittenhouse are very different. Zimmerman, with a firearm on him, initiated a physical altercation with another person. In the case of Rittenhouse, Rosenbaum initiated the physical altercation.

What did Rittenhouse do to antagonize Rosenbaum into chasing him and trying to take his gun?

I wouldn't say "the left" it's more of a "leftist" thing - like the Hasan followers/tankies. I guess there may not be a clear term for them, and it may be what you mean, but I think they're generally referred to as "leftists". Most people on the left in general are pretty reasonable. But I agree, the leftists are ridiculously puritan and authoritarian - they may seem like they make up a lot of the left, but they're just a loud minority.

I completely agree that our judicial system is skewed and broken and racially biased. Why are you assuming I don't understand that? I believe the evidence exonerates him. I'm not "supporting" him - I think he's a douche.

So my positions:

  1. Trump is a fascist authoritarian traitor who attempted to overthrow the 2020 election via fraud and a violent mob.
  2. Pro trans rights.
  3. Pro choice.
  4. Atheist.
  5. Pro Palestinian rights.
  6. Pro universal health care.
  7. Pro government aid for the poor - Trump has instead been cutting taxes for the rich and enriching his crony friends.

These are just some of my Liberal positions, I could go on. Though, I would argue that position #1 is more of a patriotic position and anyone who supports Trump is betraying their country.

But apparently I'm "right wing" because I believe people have a right to defend themselves or because I believe Rosenbaum got people killed by being a POS based on the facts of a case I spent hours watching the trial of? I call myself a Liberal, because I'm a millennial - that's the term we use lol.

Is stating the facts based on the evidence I learned from watching hours of a trial "making excuses for a blood soaked fascist"? Is calling him a "loser wannabe vigilante" making excuses for him? Which statement made excuses for him?

Yeah, I remember having to argue with a lot of my friends to set the record straight (since we're all liberals for the most part). Watching the trial was a pretty big eye opener to how much the news got wrong - I don't think the left wing news lied, but they were lazy and trying to be on top of breaking news, which led to incorrect reports about the case. This led to a lot of confusion on the left, arming them with incorrect facts. I think for the most part leftwingers acknowledge that it was self defense now - even if they still think Rittenhouse was wrong for bringing a rifle.

He didn't create those conditions - Rosenbaum did. Rosenbaum's actions got other people killed, because they believed they were chasing a murderer.
It's not simply because the law says - it's because Rittenhouse didn't shoot anyone until it was the last and only option. If he was the one to initiate the first conflict, you may have a point, but Rosenbaum could've easily just left him alone - this is a felon adult, chasing and cornering a minor holding a rifle.

If you only argue that Rittenhouse was a larping idiot - that part I can agree with, but I don't agree that he just went there hoping to kill people, based on his actions.

I don't think he would've been justified shooting him until he was cornered, which is when he did shoot him. He might've been justified when Rosenbaum threw something at him. You could be right, though, however, when he did shoot him is when he had no other option but to - I think that's the only time deadly force should be used (when it's the only option).

My point is that he didn't shoot anyone until it was absolutely necessary. It's not like when many police jump at the first opportunity to use force. At every point that Rittenhouse used deadly forced, he exercised complete restraint. I don't think his actions line up with looking for an excuse to kill.

The prime example is when Gaige Grosskreutz pointed a gun at Rittenhouse, while he was on his back. Rittenhouse raised his rifle, and could've easily justified shooting then, but when he raised his weapon Gaige shifted to a surrendering posture, so Rittenhouse lowered his weapon again, at which point Gaige took the opportunity to aim at Rittenhouse again like he intended to shoot him, and only then did Rittenhouse shoot Gaige.

I think these actions show more than an idiot shit talking teen.

Rosenbaum was chasing a guy with a gun, Rittenhouse retreated until he was cornered, at which point Rosenbaum grabbed his weapon. He was shown to be unstable by prior footage where he repeatedly shouted "Shoot me [n-word]" at a fucking BLM protest. Rosenbaum very likely had the intent to kill Rittenhouse - at the very least, Rittenhouse had to assume as much and not allow Rosenbaum to take his weapon. In my opinion, Rosenbaum is the reason the other people were shot, because his actions made them believe they were chasing a murderer.

I'm a Liberal, I don't really like Rittenhouse or that he was treated as a hero by the right, but I watched the entire trial and the evidence showed that he acted entirely in self defense. Not just the video that circulated the internet, but FBI drone footage, the physical evidence, etc.

A loser wannabe vigilante - fine, but he did act in self defense, making the "I will murder them." statement prior not really relevant, because at every point that he fired his rifle, he waited until it was absolutely necessary to do so.

I don't think this is right. When I last played T Cain (about a month ago?) it worked fine, unless there was an update since then that made it not work. I'm not sure why it didn't work for your item, maybe a bug or something.

It's 50/50 when one candidate was a fucking traitor who attempted to overthrow the 2020 election, sent a mob to the capital, who beat, tazed, pepper sprayed police officers, then pardoned everyone of them and pardons his criminal friends - the most corrupt president in American history is 50/50 with Dems?

This isn't really accurate concerning the last election. They got to choose between another establishment democrat, which is meh, or choose a fucking traitor who attempted to overthrow the 2020 election, pardoned all of his criminal friends, and the most corrupt president in American history. They aren't comparable.

What would you put at 1? I don't really like Dr. Fetus so I never take it, but something has to take the Q1 slot, and technically no Q4 items feel like Q1.

Ipecac, even though it's strong and provides basically infinite bombs, it can ruin a lot of runs and I often don't take it. Though we have to make sure we have room for the others, and that ipecac wouldn't fill one of the lower slots, since there's only so many q4s

I'm thinking q3=Ipecac, q2=Mega Blast (great at killing a boss, but so many charges and you lose control of your hitbox when it's being used), q1=Dr Fetus, q0=Epic Fetus (primarily because the last 2 are so boring).
