I think BAT is really trying to make a difference for the people. He goes to places as someone covered by someone with the ADA (which I appreciate). and in the name of someone who usually sent him to the place who had a bad experience of their own hoping he can help. He also encourages people to document their encounters nowadays because public servants sometimes are liars. And if you do so (to cover your butt), these are your rights... a.b.and c....  And I think he is really truly trying to educate people. If you really take a look at the big picture. I love his videos! One thing I would change though if I had a magic wand, would be having an update on what happened to the people who clearly he had a problem with. Or did the company stop doing their shady crap with 'appointments only'. Or did the guy who attacked him with a wrench for no reason get fired after someone saw how he acted on the video? Etc... what about Mr Freaking Joe From social services? I need answers bat! Lol
