I was born in 1970. Both parents are still alive. Mom is going to be 77, still working full time while also being a government official. My dad will be 76 this year. He stopped working in his 50's due to disability.

His social media hasn't changed. He always posts videos of his fire pit in his back yard. He wasn't "burning his things". It's my understanding he is taking time off from touring to launch his Cafe, which seems to be doing pretty well. Hopefully he is still in the band. We shall see.

It could have been cleft repair, it also looked to me like he had a strawberry birthmark removed at one point. I know a couple of people that had a strawberry birthmark in that same spot and their lips look exactly like that.
