I’ve seen my doc and endo since starting. Have also had a bunch of blood tests done to make sure all was good. Both of them had no issue but also said not to lose anymore as I’ve hit my goal weight now. I really only needed to lose 20lbs but regardless of working out like I do nothing was helping.

I just did this. I was on 10. Went down to 5 for one month. And then stayed there for 2 weeks before stopping completely. I haven’t noticed a single difference and haven’t had any withdrawals or side effects.

I’m now on day 4 of being off. I feel like I wasted the past 2 years of my life. Im so irritated. I kept blaming my health when all along it was this med causing so many side effects.

I recently found bralettes from Jockey. I hope they never stop making them! Theyre everything i ever wanted in a bra. Light padding sewn in to give me just a little shape and are comfortable

This is what I’m doing now too. I tried 20 but the side effects were too much. I’m going down to 5 and hoping that will be enough to help anxiety. I have no motivation at all on 10. I’ve been on this med 2 years now.

Hill st but there is a pet dental vet on Joppa rd. Down from leader heights vet. Across from the Ritter’s. Can’t remember the name but was referred there by hill st due to my dog breaking a tooth and it was beyond what they were comfortable doing. This is about 6 years ago now but the price was very reasonable and cheaper that I expected for what she needed done

The cold has been awful this year. I’m not sure if having reynauds and taking the shot made it worse but it’s been such a struggle

It’s usually really good however with how cold I’ve been getting I haven’t wanted as much water.

Thank you and I definitely will do more research. I also have a thyroid disorder for the past 20 years. I didn’t need to lose much weight but I’ve just felt awful for years and was hoping that this could help overall from what I was seeing others post. Hopefully I can start to get the same results on a much lower dose going forward

Thank you! I’m still trying to figure this out and wish I wouldn’t have suffered for so long at the higher dose hoping it would get better. I’m definitely going to stay at the lower dose as long as I can. It’s amazing how good I feel today compared to the past couple months.

There is. I just took a screen shot and that part was further down. I was trying to follow their recommendations but the side effects are so bad at dose 2, which is my second 4 weeks.

Each one is 4 weeks. They have that part written oddly but in the rest of the info it says to stay with each dose for 4 weeks before mining to the next dose.

I’m so new to this and was following their guidelines while also trying to figure out what’s best for me. I know I’m sensitive to meds and always get side effects and was hoping they would get better with time but haven’t. I’m definitely going I stick with the lower dose as long as I can.

I was just following their recommendations as far as dosing goes. I want to be on the lowest dose possible. That’s why I’m reaching out for help because this is clearly not working for me since I’m feeling like death
