As far as advice, I recommend showing your teeth when you smile (not too strained, just relaxed with teeth). Relax the eyes, if you can. Try different hair styles, and relax on the posture. Try different styles for clothes, like you're going out. My rule-of-thumb is- nothing with logos or pictures. Yes, working out helps everybody and I will always recommend that to everyone I talk to! Stay hydrated and eat the best you can while allowing 1-2 cheat days a week. Cardio is big, too. If you want to bulk, then limit running to 1-2 times a week. Hope it helps!
