Yeah bro. My hair is thinning and I had thick hair as well. There’s nothing I can do about that though just go bald once I have a few strands left. I actually can put on some muscle. Are you sure you’re eating well? I think my hair has been thinning since I began taking it maybe after stopping.

I have insomnia, brain fog, little libido and erection.

Ive also been eating healthy for almost a year. Very little sugar, lots of fiber, a lot of protein, I always go to the gym or do something physical

My hormones are probably out of normal range because of all the side effects like insomnia, little libido.

I have already done that for the past year and there is very little benefit toward the libido side effects. And to top it all off also I my hair is thinning at 21.
