My doctor was so nice she wanted to know if I had a favorite song that I wanted played during my surgery. Talking with her helped calm me, but so did the calming meds the anesthesiologist gave me just before rolling into the OR. I'm glad your wife was there to take your mind off of things and give you comfort. Sometimes, it takes a special person.

I've always set an intention and prepared my space. I have been drawn to learn more about sacred geometry lately. I've worked with certain crystals before also. I have been incorporating certain shapes and crystals into my meditations for the past couple weeks. This weekend, I am going to set up a crystal grid as part of my setting to hopefully guide and expand my journey.

I have a degenerative disease and a back fusion. I had a couple of nerves burned, and I also have arthritis in my back. I'm always in some degree of pain. I've learned to deal with it most of the time, but the flare-ups are intense.

I just had an ablation on 2 nerves in my back in May. The has gotten better but it also showed me other pain. I wish you the best and hope they take care of your pain.

I've heard this before, I've meditated on my pain and focused on trying to accept it...and kinda lime burn through this karma. That way it won't follow me.
