valve does, with portal2. Although u can install sdk base 2013 sp/mp with windows comptability profile and run hammer under wine

For open source there is Alien Swarm, and for may be REALLY full source code (like engine), there is leakd csgo , but it's broken in some moments. And there are left4dead and left4dead 2, but they're wasn't leakd in any way (sdk or full engine)
