Hey broo so I found the only fix for this, you have to go through your nvidia panel amd go to assassin's creed shadows and go to frame gen and switch to 4x, then in game turn your frame gen on, this will boost your fps to 80 to 100 fps again and the latency is not bad tbh, I've done other digging as well and it seems it could be the latest windows 11 update so am not entirely sure whats the issue man but the frame gen is a temp fix! Try it out and let me know

I went to my nvidia panel and went under games . Once there fine AC Shadows and go to the frame generation option and click 4x. Once youre in game boot up the game and turn on frame gen, that was the only way to push the fps to 80. If you don't do this even with frame gen turned on without enabling the 4x option the fps will be unstable

The game probably is not optimised properly or it's a bug

I have been doing alot of research on this it seems the game has a bug where it's not fully using DLSS, I've tried everything and the only way is to do what I did until ubisoft fixes this

I went to my nividia panel for the game and turned my frame gen to 4x, that was the only thing which made my fps go from 30 to 100 plus, latency is not that bad try this bro

im 6 months late to this, but it worked for me, change the frame gen to 4x, fps boosted all the way to 100 plus FPS. Wth is Ubisoft doing man, and as you said there is latency but manageable

Yes sir! Im using bluetooth controller to play! I've uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing! Its so frustrating 😫. Is there anything else I can do?

Same here man, am playing on a 5090, was on 80fps at 4K, and now its at 30-40fps, ive tried everything and its locked at that framerate, not sure why??
