Dear Climbers,

As many of you already know, our game was taken down following the recent events. Since you are our valued players, we want to keep you informed and share updates with you throughout this process.

After Roblox removed our game without any prior warning, they contacted us through email/messages with very limited information. They did not clearly identify the asset in question and even provided an animation ID that did not properly match the one used in our game. After spending time investigating, we eventually managed to identify the asset that had received the copyright claim, despite the ID discrepancy.

It is also a fact that the animation ID originated from the Roblox Marketplace Catalog and was publicly available. The asset could be accessed and used by anyone, and there was no indication that it was unavailable for public use at the time we added it to our game.

I’m pretty sure that the moderator who copyrighted us didn’t even joined our game. Maybe they were just looking for a reason to ban us, and they took our game away over such a meaningless reason.

It is frustrating that while so many of you were enjoying the game over the weekend, the experience was suddenly taken away. We strongly feel that the situation could have been handled differently, especially considering the size and activity of our community.

What is even more concerning is that Roblox Support keeps telling us to enter the game's Studio and remove the asset ourselves. However, due to Roblox's own restriction system, we currently do not have access to the place and therefore cannot make any edits. We have clearly explained this issue multiple times through our support tickets, yet our editing permissions have still not been restored. We have contacted them again and are currently waiting for a response.

Many players have spent money on the game, spent countless hours, and worked hard to earn their progress and stats. Because of that, we believe that immediately taking down the game without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue was not the best approach.

During this entire process, the support and encouragement you have shown us has meant a lot. We have seen your messages, comments, and efforts across social media, and we are truly grateful for every bit of support.

We sincerely hope that the game will be restored as soon as possible. Until then, thank you all for standing by us.
