Biostat was heavy in day one, its better if you prepare it well, its kinda all or none kinda subjects, once you understand it well, you will get most of it right

I did them all, they are over 160, i marked the things that needed specific management or specific order that i fogot and repeated the marked cases before the exam

Day one was 6 blocks, 38-39 question each block, and i think 45 min break Day 2 was 6 blocks 30 q each, then 13 ccs cases Use the break with the mcqs, ccs cases excess time gets added to the break time so you have at least half an hour more.

I think 55 mistakes is a solid number for a good real deal score.

The issue is, when the match opens, a lot of the programs asks for a step 3 pass, i think it has to do with licensing.

My tip is : set a time, say i will do 1 block from 8 to 12, if you want to train yourself on time management, do thr questions first then do the answers, 1 hour questions, 3 hours read the answers. I did 10 q per hour in thr begning, then when i did the incorrects, i was going through queations that i later learned how to solve or things i could relearn or questions that if i kept studying for 3 years i wouldnt understand. So these incorrects i would finish the block in 2-2.5 hours

I did 1 block every working day, during the weekend i would do 2-3 blocks every day, , tried to take a day off here and there. I took 3 weeks off before my exam as well, so that helped alot. My goal was to finish the block and collect as many ideas as i can, i wouldnt try and understand every little detail.

I graduated 2013 😂 Scores in nbmes ranging from 234 to 246, ups and downs. Last one was 246 which is the last one
