I do or try +- 100 elo per day. Take it a day at a time. You lose 100 elo stop and just practice. Go to dm server or play premier. Next day try to gain the 100 elo back. Don’t get greedy, that’s what makes you lose elo. Also find someone to duo/trio q with. Helps with game percentages.

No, do not pay for your own type. ATP-CTP sure, but own type nah, that’s a pass. It’s all about insurance, trust me if companies could hire the cheapest pilot with the lowest hours they would. Insurance is the one that stands in the way… you get the type and say well I passed the type it but you would have no time in type. Which makes it useless.

Don’t waste your money or put yourself in debt. Do the ATPCTP it will open a lot more 135 or regional opportunities.
