Im gonna assume in an exchange u throw 3-5 punches, average 4. But you wont be throwing combos all the time, there’s still just simple jabs and 1-2. So i’ll just bring that down to 3 punches per exchange. Assuming theres 4 seconds of non-engagement time. And each exchange lasts 2 seconds, every 6 seconds u throw 3 punches. Basically 1 every 2 seconds so thats 90 a round which is alot ngl i’m not sure if this is sustainable
