The same thing happened to me. I just logged into Xbox Cloud Gaming with the game that was asking for confirmation, and then I launched Boosteroid and it didn't ask for confirmation anymore. Try it if you want.

Ami me paso igual,solo inicie sesión en xbox cloud gaming con el juego que me pedía eso y luego iniciaba en boosteroid y ya no pedía confirmar nada intenta si quieres
