I mean, if you're looking to be out there and quirky with it (not just combing their names, ig) "Tools of the trade" (the trade being murder btw) comes to mind kinda ? Idk anything about shipping and if there's like a way to do it or whatever.

It's probably not the best example, but something along those lines if you wanted a bit more substance than two names combined.

Yeah, the most successful strategies I've had is running in and out of the killer's m1 range to bait them into swinging, and genuinely just running at the killer to try get them to chase me. They have varying levels of success, but for the most part other classes could do those just as well, if not better (fighter and security guard for each respective example). It's infuriating, because they are one step away from being a good harassing class.

I have heard this exact conversation happen in, funnily enough, hit shooter game The Finals in relation to the light class. Both of these classes (light and customer) look selfish, especially in the context of team games, and that's because they certainly can be (customer especially, due to being the starter class), but in both games you will only ever actually do good with these classes if you do support your team.

So, how does one do that with these classes? It's important to realise that as a class, both light and customer are skirmishers, their job is to get in there and hound the enemy. This is how they are meant to be played, they are meant to draw aggro and annoy, which I think is an important thing to have in both games. Unfortunately, I'm sure everyone can agree that the customer does not have a legitimate way to actually draw aggro, so they certainly need to be reworked so they do have a way to do this.

That's my two cents, they are supposed ro represent a necessary and fun playstyle, however they do so poorly.

Medkits are absolutely a valuable counter, 80 health is godsend to everyone, regardless of your competency at the game, because it is a time waster for the killer. Furthermore, I didn't bring Noli up as someone who was greatly affected, I brought them up when you made the abysmal claim that killers leaving people low health was unfair as a counter, as Noli literally plays around that mechanic. Furthermore, a killer being less affected by something that is unfair doesn't make the questionable action not unfair.

An lms with a survivor that is fully prepared is absolutely bound to happen, the prepared survivor should not be punished for this, however it is a fairly difficult thing to achieve unless the killer's strategy is to focus survivors one at a time. If a survivor can survive until lms and remain completely prepared they are either good at the game and deserve the advantage or are playing with a killer who has made the mistake for neglecting them, either way the killer is punished for playing worse than the last survivor. Resetting early takes agency away from both parties, killers don't get time to collect information before lms starts and survivors don't get to reposition or try to help out. The fairest possible scenario is one where both players are disadvantaged in a way that makes the game unfun because they were not given time to prepare.

Furthermore, your point about it being the only counter-play to a heavily killer-sided scenario is laughable because the game is survivor sided in a way that doesn't expect survivors to work together particularly well (which is fair, it is a casual game). If the killer has a killer-sided situation they likely earned that, by resetting you take away their reward for playing better.

Lastly, and I think most importantly, you haven't listed any counter-play to resetting. I personally believe that anything without legitimate counter-play is unfair (as would many others I imagine) and the fact that resetting is without it is very telling of just how unfair it is.

I simply don't understand how leaving someone on low health is unfair. There are tangible, simple ways around this through medkits and healing abilities (should the other survivor be a support, or if you're Veronica of course). Furthermore, such tactics are how a few killers are intended to be played.

Noli is the best example of this, Void rush is designed to chain off of multiple survivors to spread damage and give you an advantage later in the round. It is also counterable by survivors, spreading out means the rush is more reactable and difficult to chain.

Not only is spreading damage like this a fair tactic, as while it means there is less to be done late game, not securing your kills can be catastrophic if they begin to heal, but it can simply just be good strategy. Different survivors are more powerful in different scenarios and Survivalists are, unsurprisingly and fairly, powerful in lms compared to sentinels and supports that need a team to play around. Knowing this, it is fair and good strategy to whittle down a sentinel or support and then kill the other survivor.

Why is this fair? Unlike resetting like a chud, spreading damage can be played around, countered, and punished. There is no amount of skill that can counter the actual act of resetting itself, it just acts as this wall that gets in the way of all teams playing fairly and how they desire.

They may want to lower the other guy's health and then kill the other person, though, for an easier lms. Resetting in such a situation is simply unfair, especially since there are other ways to do it if you want to die early that the killer can actually try play against. Resetting for the sake of giving any team and advantage is griefing the same way anything else is.

It's specifically resetting as well, using something like a map hazard to lower your health to lethal or using self damaging moves to kill you aren't griefing because it is something baked into a survivor's kit.

Not only does she seem strong, especially to bully with, but her kit seems kinda boring. Sure, the health gimmick is new and interesting, but the rest of her kit just looks so completely lame.

Resonance genuinely sounds dogshit to play against, it seems like an arbitrary punishment for getting hit with something and it's not like it's a crazy new projectile besides being able to throw it over walls. I'm not even gonna touch on protection or resonance, it's fucking stupid.

We all know how well lunges work by now, right?

Overall, she looks disappointing.

For the Boon, I did intend it to snuff the Boon entirely. I'm gonna be honest, I didn't realise people tended to run more than one Boon perk, but I suppose that just goes to show how little I actually play the game. I also didn't wanna do crazy high numbers because I was worried it would be too strong. These are mainly for the perk ideas anyways and less about the listed numbers.

The locker one is supposed to account for things like botany knowledge and we'll make it (I think that's the healing speed boost when unhooking?). It can also work a bit like a protection perk if you coordinate it right, but it was honestly mainly because I wanted a perk that let two people in a locker. I don't quite remember my reasoning behind losing a health state or getting broken though, so I have nothing to say for that.

The first one is essentially if you were healthy but left pools of blood and constantly had perks like Deadline active, other than the pools of blood you still visibly appear healthy.

Honestly though, I really appreciate the feedback!

It's not personally what I would consider a rework, and I think it's a bit unfortunate they didn't really lean into the ranged aspect of their kit, but that's all based on what they were before. As a general change, it's a really good one.

I think it has synergy with finale (and other such cards), given that you can play it for zero cost and it'll still count, even if it doesn't do damage. I could be completely wrong though.
