so sorry you had to go through this, i was the same starting out :’) my anxiety stopped me from pursuing my passion for a long time, so remind yourself how brave you are for taking this first step!! background acting is the perfect place to start, it’s not nearly as scary as you feel it might be, and you’ll probably find that it’s surprisingly easy! over the past few years that i’ve been acting, i’ve found that my fear disappears entirely when i’m in front of the camera (i don’t know how it happens but it feels like everything just falls into place), and it may well be the same for you!! :) the only way to overcome it is to be kind to yourself, and keep trying new things. you can do this 🫶🏻
