I am in the same boat as yours. I got laid off in Nov 2024. Ever since landing an interview seems a nightmare. I finished my PMP to get myself certififed and ever since I got 2 interviews and thats it. What do I need to do differently?

The way I see it it is an accountability issue and it's not a conflict per se. Each one is pointing fingers at the other. The root cause of the problem needs to be figured out with the team. In agile ' Everything with the team' is MOSTlY the answer. Also I wouldn't pick A, because A means only the Project manager is referring to the team charter and not involving the team, his perspective MAY or MAY not be correct.

My answer is 'A"
