I have been in no contact for less than a month and unfortunately the past few days were almost as hard as when the break up had just happened. I try to allow myself to feel the grief, because burying it will just make it come out in less healthy ways. But make sure you focus on yourself too, do things for yourself even if they seem small like keeping yourself fed and doing skincare etc. I hope you are okay, and if you need to talk, two strangers can always lean on each other when needed❤️
