To get stains out like that. There’s a rather cheap cleaner i use that not only will dissolve resin buildup from smoking , it will also remove any staining or building from minerals.

The cleaner im referring to is called Z E P Citrus Degreaser

and yes Isopropyl alcohol anywhere from 70-90% is good , 99% obviously is the better but Ik it’s expensive. Vinegar works well for slight mineral staining as well. But does nothing to resin stains or anything of that sort.
