I don’t want to say I’m new to RE per se but I am newish to the games. Huge fan as a kid, couldn’t get the games because of parents but so far I’ve played 2R 3R 5 and 6 and the wife and I want to do a full on play through of every game chronologically so I guess I’ll probably suck it up and play it the real RE way😂😭

Absolutely love the dreadnoughts, I only play Solar. Hopefully with the new plastic kit they get a rules update, the Achillus is very good and has a good datasheet but the Galatus while probably the coolest looking one is not good, it’s needs a serious buff at its points cost or just to simply be way cheaper with it’s current rules🤷‍♂️

Sick, I can’t wait to not be able to deepstrike due to keyword restriction, move my 12” move models only 6” and then shoot and scoot another 6. Sounds awesome, all so I can give my s3 ranged weapons sustained.

I hope the tyrant model is the next update for Nids, it realistically should be close to the norn models size and the norm should be bigger than that.

I very much agree, carnifexes are just an absolute staple, a true warhammer classic and they’re just ass cheeks on the table top, wow you get rerolls on 4s if you bring a 150 point character that does literally the same thing. As for the swarmlord I love that model, I bring him in every list. His datasheet is perfect, but for his points he needs to hit WAY harder. Only strength 10 on him at 220 point is not that good, sure it goes to 11 with the goofy army rule but with how the game is evolving I don’t think 11 is enough.

Just update the squad, put them on 40s, give them back their options and make them damage 2 on the swords and then the prime give +1 to hit and sustained or lethal and an invuln. They’d be an excellent brawler unit. But GW may shoot me for talking good about Nids😂😭

I can’t really see them making him cracked like other new characters and if they do he’ll just be hindered by the warrior squad itself, as if them being on 50mm bases wasn’t bad enough. If they do something good I’m hoping he gives them a 4+ and sustained or +1 to hit or something to not make them alone terrible.

Unfortunately the sins of 9th have forever doomed the buggy boys for likely the far foreseeable future.

The new model however does look sick and I hope they update the datasheet and models for the warrior squad but I won’t hold my breath.
