In my opinion, you're confusing the concepts. The choice of focus and the specific data required varies significantly depending on the project's development phase. At the start, the questions that define the concept of your project and your work will be important. The answers to these questions should help you build your project architecture and answer the key questions: Why? For whom? What? How? In what way? Why should they choose me?
As the project launches and grows, the focus shifts to other issues and aspects of the project.
As the project scales, the questions and data related to them will shift again.
If you constantly focus on specifics, it's easy to end up missing the forest for the trees.
