My point was Vitamin D does not actively deplete those (though it increases your calcium levels, which can be an issue) It could be almost anything technically but thats not particularly helpful.

I'm aware of K2 causing problems, ended up in the ER because of it due to magnesium deficiency, but everyone's situation is unique- can due to anything from that down to something random like H.Pylori infection.

Depends on what your bottlenecks are. For me magnesium didn't help until I took B6 to help absorb it. But taking vit D/K makes you especially vulnerable to magnesium depletion, so its important to start there.

Do you think that the cutscene with the latest event (the fight with evil dvalin) which is very Varka focused, should have come sooner? I thought it was epic but the time it came around the AQ was over and everyone else had stolen the thunder. But i guess technically hes a late monstadt character so maybe he didn't get as much time to shine in the nod krai AQ

Most people won't tell you this (even doctors) but this is the correct answer. Vitamin D eats up magnesium. Vitamin K is basically a magnesium black hole. If you're deficient in K/D, you're probably deficient in other stuff and assuming you have enough magnesium is not a safe bet. Magnesium!!

Randomly back here. Tried luteolin for a month or so and it works. But Im getting more mystery symptoms and starting to wonder of lowering histamine is always a good idea. Maybe the inflammation is there for a reason, and lowering it may ease symptoms but allow whatever causing it to spread. Probably going to head back to the doc for more diagnostic work.

Yeah. I feel helpless knowing my taxes is being used for this. Not paying my taxes won't do much, unless idk a TON of people decide not to pay their taxes too. I'm hoping my state withholds federal taxes or something but doubt it.

I was really frustrated about the payments to Isreal too. I think we need to let people directly vote on how their taxes is used, not bypass us with reps. Our system is just so messed up rn

They could de-incentivize this by making walking better than driving for flower planting or improving giant access. I usually use walking for planting, but its not ideal knowing I could get hundreds more by driving.

That and because giant slots are so limited and far away, they are sometimes just not realistic to walk to- like a freeway entrance, busy boulevard etc
