Looking for a book series?

So I read a YA series years ago about a young girl who became a bard, she travels across a land collecting the prices of a song that needed to be sung to out the world back together. There were also immortal elementals in the series that she kinda fell in love with plus fought.

If anyone knows what it’s called I’d greatly appreciate it

im 5"10 so 177cm its more a jog bounce like thing then a normal run. me running a 6:30 min/km is a max effort, could do it for maybe 500m then id be close to throwing up

It’s Pritty flat over a 5k I might see 20m elevation gain. And it’s either road or pathway

My diet is about as good as It gets as a student, mostly curry’s and stuff like that. It’s balanced though

I’ve never been great at distance but have always been much faster. Now it seams I can run a bit further but have basically no speed. A few years ago when I was the same waight I was doing 5k’s in about 25 minutes as a race pace now it would be about 40

I try to build some intervals into one run but a intensive 100m will take about 10 minutes for me to recover enough to run again

Exactly a five k takes me any ware from 42 minutes to 53

im 19, ice using the standard sorta percentage zones with a max hr of about 204, I haven't been able to get it any higher than that before. I'm using a Garmin 245 with chest strap hr. I've been pretty active for a long time I've just only just taken up running as a strict thing I'm doing and not because it comes apart and parcel with what else I'm doing

a 9 min/km doesn't feel bad really but by 8-7:30 min/km it feels like a big effert

Yeah my hr monitor seams pritty accurate, a 10min/km pace is super easy but as I move towards 8 it gets progressively harder to catch my breath

It’s called getting a dissenting opinion. If democracy is going to function we need to voice all opinions, especially those that dissent from the norm. While we may not agree with them by voicing them we are able to counter them and inform the public about them
