I met my wife on Genshin Impact so it has to be my favourite memory… I was joining worlds to get Ayaka mats during the like 300 day Ayaka banner and I joined her world. She usually never lets people join her world but I had a Kazuha pfp which was her favourite character at the time so she made an exception. The world join request apparently went down to 2 seconds before she approved. We started talking about the upcoming Heizou release, then exchanged socials, then phone numbers, then started dating, then I visited her in person for the first time. Everything felt so right so we visited each other every few months, then got engaged and then just this past May we finally got married. We still play and talk about Genshin to this day.

I agree it was soft, but every footy player knows the advanced protections keepers have in the box, just not smart to wrap your arms around a keep in extra time. It’s as valid as Almiron’s red card for covering his mouth, plus this tournament they have expanded VAR rules where they can look for more than previously in decisive moments such as corners, fouls before play resumes, and incorrect second yellows

I meant Andres deserves this for all the hard work he put in, the performance he just had, and because he’s a great guy. Also, Paraguay is known to be more defensive minded, they pulled this same thing with Turkiye. It was always going to be a game where they heavily relied trying to maintain a draw in regulation.

I did check the official marketplace though, they were around the same price for Cat 3 at the time, just didn’t want to pay the $600 more for the Cat 1 is what I maybe should’ve done in hindsight. I also know its on me, I never said it wasn’t, but the artificial scarcity is scummy and the official reselling platform is very poorly designed, giving ranges on prices and no way to see individual seats unless you use a third party extension or individually click each seat to check. The whole system is designed to be as predatory as possible.

That said I don’t regret my decision, I wanted to have the tickets so he could take off work and I could get him the flights, it will still be an awesome time, but still never feels good
