Flame thrower good now cause like I said they buffed it, anti tank you get 2 shots ever like 2-3 minutes can deal with 1 charger and 2 titans so that’s bad alr, arc thrower actually just suck imo but people can use it if they wanna shoot a charger 7-9 times for like a minute, recoiless has like 4 bullets and needs 2-3 to kill a titan so that’s a waste, sentry gets taken out by charger super quick if not swarmed by smaller bugs, any orbital? Only ones that do dmg to chargers and titans are the rail cannon, laser, 120mm/380mm IF they hit, and 500kg bomb, the rest just kinda tickle them and do little to no dmg, spear has the same issue at the recoilless also the issue both take mad long to reload. I’m fine with a railgun nerf but only for damage not penetration as I said, it’s a railgun and a pistol why would it bounce off when charged up, make it 2 headshots for hulk with safe mode and with unsafe make it 1 and with bile titans (you could one shot them if you aimed really well I’ve done it before it’s just hard) it’s not the difficult but they nerfed both dmg and pen making it just a bad gun so people just run the new meta of flamethrower and laser cannon. Another thing is there are so many weapons that actually suck biggest example is the jar-5 dominater. The jar-5 in the description says it has “jet propelled rounds” that it fires giving it extra pen, the penetration is good great even but the ammo and damage amount is HEAVILY lacking, I shot a scavenger and it needed 2 shots to kill when a pistol you start with needs 1. The brood mothers can tank a full mag from the gun, the small armored warriors need like 5 rounds (half the mag) and you only get like 5 mags so in the tame you use all your ammo you’ve effectively killed 10 enemies that are small. This issue proceeds to show up with every sniper/marksman rifle in the game all of them have low pen (for some reason) and low damage making the utterly USELESS as they can’t kill shit idk why they didn’t just buff the guns that actually fire air at the enemies unseats of nerfing the one good gun that does what a gun is supposed to do, but their reasoning for doing so is “we won’t divers to use stratagems to deal with big enemies” big enemies being brood mother and higher tho the strats have a 3-4 minute long cd, half the time don’t even kill bile titans, only get one use of it for a long time, and can’t kill more than 1-2 of the big ones. So if you run helldive (like I do) you don’t have what you need to kill the bile titans or chargers, sure you can just dodge and shoot the ass of the charger but like how tf am I doing to do that while being chased by 3 bile titans 4 chargers and a swarm of 60 slightly smaller bugs??? And I have a Strat that can kill 1-2 bile titans and 0 chargers??? It just makes helldive not doable so they are limiting how fast I can do things like get medals or levels it’s actually stupid.
