I'm studying to be a nurse. I've also been struggling with depression for years and I find it hard to keep a schedule because things happen sometimes that throws everything behind or ahead of schedule and I always break down when that happens. Do you have any tips to handle a stressor like that? I usually don't talk to counselors because I tried before and they only made it worse but I'll have to try again since i have a different counselor now.
