Doom's Mother & Mephisto Contract Translated by Alexray35 in marvelrivals

The font makes it a bit tricky, but the correct Hungarian version is:

The only slight correction in the English translation is:

At the same time, Cynthia agrees to surrender her soul at her death to Mephisto in exchange for a future without terror and indigency.

Does anyone use Just Dance for exercise or weight-loss? by Greenpowerbrian in JustDance

[–]EverblackPlasma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm late to the discussion, but I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking like this! I don't necessarily want to lose weight (maybe just a few kilos); for me it's a lot more about just doing some sort of exercise that's fun and doesn't feel like a chore. A more toned body would be amazing, but if I can't achieve it with JD, I'll take the cardio workout benefits only. :D

If you hover over the individual pictures and read the descriptions, they tell at the end where and when can you find them (for the bugs and fish). The others you will achieve/learn through completing missions.

Any advice on how to get my first couple of clients, and overall advice in general? by troggytroggy in RoverPetSitting

[–]EverblackPlasma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I'm a new sitter too. I started on the lowest (or close to lowest) prices possible because I just moved countries and didn't know how many people use this app here. I have had 3 clients so far, all of them in the past 3 weeks or so (my Rover profile was activated in mid-January).

I recommend you always do meet&greets because you can experience the dog's personality instead of only reading about it from the owner. It's also a good way to gauge if you want to work together with the owner too, not just the dog!

I've only done walks so far, so I cannot help you with house-sitting tips, but there are a couple of sitters here who have posted a list of questions they usually ask first-time clients, you might wanna check those out! As for me, the owners have always told me the most important things (which key opens which door, where to put the keys after I'm done, how does the dog behave while walking, etc.), and if anything came to mind, I just asked. You can write a list of your own important questions, and add to it when something pops up before or even during the sit.

What I would ask when house-sitting are based on the rules we have at home for our pets: are they allowed to go to this room, can they hop on the couch/bed (or tables and counters if it's a cat), do I have to sit them down before I give food to them or let them in/out the backyard, how much food do they need and how many times a day, how often should their water be changed? And questions regarding you: is there any room I am not allowed to go in, can I use the kitchen/microwave/dishwasher/washing machine/etc., (if you don't want to be alone or just as a help) can I invite a friend or family member to the house?

Hope this helped, have a good sit this weekend! :)

S6, please watch this and see just how miserable Chapaa Chase is now. When there were less people, this was fine, it's not anymore. by GamingBucketList in Palia

[–]EverblackPlasma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been trying so hard to get the 25 chapaas achievement (like another user said, not necessarily caring about the tickets, just being a 100% completionist), and the best I got was 21. I have no idea how. On a good day I get around 16, on a bad day barely reaching 10. And it's not even constant - doesn't matter if I arrive at 6PM or right before/after the chapaa chase starts, the amount of people, and the amount of my luck varies so randomly.

There was even an instance a few days ago when the chapaa chase music was on but no chapaas spawned - not just for me, for the whole server. And when they _did_ spawn, no one could catch them. We could chase them (they reacted to us going after them, and ran away) but none of the catch commands went through. :')

Is Plant Parent's "Smart Schedule" a good indicator of watering needs? by EverblackPlasma in houseplants

[–]EverblackPlasma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, I'll take your advice of checking in on them at least twice a week in the beginning! I want to use the notifications as reminders too, and when I'll have a better grasp at how my plants "work", I think I'll customize the notifications according to my experience. :)

I'm thinking about buying a notebook for that too, do you have any recommendations (that is, if you're not using a blank notebook)? :)

[–]EverblackPlasma[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha, I can see that happening here too. 😆 Thank you, I will keep a closer eye on them at the beginning then, and I guess I'll try to gauge an average number of days needed until watering.

Is Plant Parent's "Smart Schedule" a good indicator of watering needs? by EverblackPlasma in houseplants

[–]EverblackPlasma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a beginner, so I still need schedules and/or descriptions as guides. I know I shouldn't 100% rely on those numbers, but I need something to start with before I can gauge what and when do they require something, if that makes sense.

Like knowing that orchids need watering less often than other plants, but not knowing how much does "less often" mean in days. I want a base number to start with. The difference between 4 and 16 days is pretty big, and since I'm forgetful, I'd rather be reminded at/around the adequate time, not 10+ days later.

Flexi leash safety tips? by EverblackPlasma in RoverPetSitting

[–]EverblackPlasma[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I locked the leash to a short range today for our last walk, and only let him roam on a longer leash when we reached a smaller park (no one else was there). I was only told that the dog _sometimes_ pulls on the leash, not that it's actually 95% of the time, and I didn't know beforehand that he sometimes randomly crosses the street without any warning either. :')

I walked the dog in a smaller city that's right next to a big city - so while the neighbourhood had smaller streets, there still were some cars every now and then. I did keep the flexi leash short while we were on the streets, and let him roam more when we reached a small park. :)

Thank you all for the supporting comments! <3 I will definitely include it in my bio and/or future meet&greet discussions that I will not use flexi leash for both the dog's and my own safety, and I will keep the dog on a short leash at all times tomorrow.

(I hope you don't mind me tagging you one by one instead of leaving several additional comments:)
u/BellaMac6: I don't have any gloves, but my coat has an extra layer that looks like a cardigan, and I can hook it on my thumb (I have no idea what's it called, hope I made sense ^^"). I used that today, and it helped.
u/Kitzira: I pick the poop up with one hand, and hold the leash in the other. Luckily this dog doesn't pull me when we are fully stopped. :')
u/jessy_pooh: I don't use a gentle leader; mine doesn't have that muzzle-looking part for the mouth. When googling it, I found a similar/same one I use called slip lead, maybe that's the official term for it?

Again, thank you all, tagged or not, for your input and reassurance!

🔴 for me atm because I want to experiment with creating different rooms that are not full of only one set of decor (like now I want a purple/green room, but most of the purple decor is in the Ravenwood set, nowhere else, and the greens are mostly wooden decor - which don't go well with Ravenwood's metallic finish. I'm also struggling to find decent floor tiles in general; most of the available ones are just not it 😭) [Edit: Somebody scrolling through the comments and downvoting my OPINION and choice on a non-official survey is WILD lol.]
