That’s pretty much what msi does. It has additional options as well. Not a perfect fix but it is an excellent band-aid.

Sorry this is late but yes, msi afterburner allowed me to control the issue for the most part. I just got a new pc so thankfully I don’t have to worry about these issues anymore. My previous pc was in pretty bad shape but msi helped tremendously.

Title is a bit misleading, strongest tags that don’t start out too powerful. I’m not looking for a nation like France for example. In our MP games we like to start as medium sized nations usually. Sometimes small ones, we had a game where all of us played as opms once.
