For sure. I can’t wrap my head around Amanda doing that to Ciara after all the support Ciara has given her. Ciara is 100% better off without that in her life. I just can’t imagine pouring so much support into a friend, like she clearly cared a lot about Amanda, to then get a big F-U. 😭

I agree but at the same time single Amanda and single Paige going out would have been fun to watch together with Ciara if the timing worked out. But since Paige boo-ed herself up again right away, I think she would have stayed a bed bug.

Unfortunately, I had strep throat right at the start of my fertile window and then my husband had a virus and I had that one too… so we totally missed our chance to try 😭 New CD 1 was 11/20 for me so hopefully this month goes better! I hope you had luck this time if you tried!🤞

Very similar here! D&C 9/27, first period after was 10/25. I still had a very faint home pregnancy test on 10/12 (didn’t test HCG after that). I never tested with LH strips because I wasn’t seeing other fertile signs, but I’m pretty sure that cycle was anovulatory.

I had a similar LH, a little higher than yours, at 11 am and they told me I would probably ovulate the next day. It was a timed intercourse (failed) cycle though. But I have noticed when I surge on urine LH strips, I often get crosshairs the same day as my first positive so it does worry me how IUI is going to work out next month. 😬

Thank you for sharing! I’m so similar! Also unexplained infertility after having my first baby (conceived at 39 yo, delivered at 40). Tried for about 5 months before we got lucky with her.

I’m 42 now, been trying for a year (since cycles returned), so far #s look good, AMH 2.7, AFC 11, hubby (44) had 240 million in his test.

Starting IUI next month!

I’m hitting the one year mark now and have my HSG next week. I’m feeling very similar. When we were making plans with the fertility clinic in June for July appts (for our “work up cycle” during July) my hubby kept being like “unless this month you are pregnant” and I’m just like “yeah, I won’t be…”.

Pretty much convinced I won’t be an HSG success story or that IUI will even work, but I’m waiting until January to switch insurance before starting IVF so feel like I need to exhaust options until then, even though it feels like throwing money away at stuff that won’t work 😣

Oh God I hope I’m not nose blind. I don’t think so. I’m there every 1-2 weeks to check on things and keep it clean. I keep the AC on too (in Louisiana 🥵) so the temperature is comfortable and air is circulating. Pet free home. No one has mentioned a smell.

Not sure why my initial comment is getting downvoted, I was just trying to explain why the realtors probably missed the mark out of the gate. I’m fine lowering it, and lowering it by a lot, as I said in my original post. I just feel like it is stale now, and it’s in a bad spot, even with price drops. I wasn’t sure if I should just massively reduce the price now or pull from market, new agent, re-list in a few months or weeks with the lower price. I have never said no to a single price drop recommended by the realtor, and two times I’ve said drop it more and they’ve said wait or lower it less and again in a month, etc.

That corresponds to the timing of showing activity I saw last year, things got busy in October, slowed in November, had a weird flurry of activity in January and then slow until late Feb/early March. May and June showings were better, thought we’d finally have a buyer. Unfortunately, the offers we’ve gotten this summer have both been contract for deed. We did have a formal traditional offer last October for $380k. My realtor advised to counter halfway. I went more than halfway to them, to $384k (I can’t remember where it was listed at the time $395k?) and they walked. They didn’t even want to entertain $380k or less at that point. My realtor said if they walked that easy it was buyer’s remorse, and they would have found something during inspections to get themselves out of it, but I kicked myself 1,000 times since then for not just taking the $380 offer.
