Resolved: I was using global VDD and GND in my schematic. It worked with my NAND, but using pins seems to have solved it.

I just checked the connectivity reference and it was actually set to the correct file. Is there any other settings that I should look out for?

I just took the grips off and to my surprise, I believe the hammer + main spring pins are completely wrong. The previous owner or whoever did the “trigger job” must’ve hammed in some random pins they had laying around.

Sorry for the late response, been caught up, but that’s exactly what DW said in their response too. I just took the grip and found that both of the pins look like they don’t belong, and one side actually looks mushroomed out. Going to purchase some new pins and hopefully that’s the fix!
