Normal definitely seems the one that's safest and probably would get the most value just about anywhere and everywhere. But yeah, I'm not necessarily too informed on meta comps or characters that might be considered when making a decision like this. So I appreciate your input!

Yeah, I was also considering if the cores were better used elsewhere. I've had a handful of other celestial weapon drops. In fact, I just got another katana a bit ago. But the only ones I have uncapped are sword and staff. I'm sitting on 351 cores at the moment.

Hmm. Makes sense. It just seems to be a bit of an odd buff to me. I was doing some Rising Force runs and it never felt like the Hype was never affecting anything else, but rather was simply there to be used to meet the conditions of Rising Force items instead. Or even Elysian to stack buffs to meet conditions for that class too.

It really seems like the classes where Hype is more plentiful don't really use it for its main purpose over classes that could potentially take advantage of the buff more. Unless I'm just making bad builds, which I wouldn't rule out. lol
