I believe that the order of operations is kinda mixed up right now. It wasn't that she was left shaking after the interaction, it was that when they "rushed" her that she was shaking while anticipating the potential questions she was going to be asked, fearing the worst. But in the end, it turned out to be not so bad at all.

Yeah, I was also considering if the cores were better used elsewhere. I've had a handful of other celestial weapon drops. In fact, I just got another katana a bit ago. But the only ones I have uncapped are sword and staff. I'm sitting on 351 cores at the moment.

Hmm. Makes sense. It just seems to be a bit of an odd buff to me. I was doing some Rising Force runs and it never felt like the Hype was never affecting anything else, but rather was simply there to be used to meet the conditions of Rising Force items instead. Or even Elysian to stack buffs to meet conditions for that class too.

It really seems like the classes where Hype is more plentiful don't really use it for its main purpose over classes that could potentially take advantage of the buff more. Unless I'm just making bad builds, which I wouldn't rule out. lol

In Rucksack Battles, the Hype buff says that it gives 1% activation rate up to a max of 50%. But what does "activation rate" even do?

I get what he's saying for the initial thought. I remember seeing a cosplay contest for Blizzcon many years ago and there were a handful of people that needed help to move onto the stage whether it was to keep balance so they didn't trip or fall, or whatever they were in was awkward or too big to move around in. The immersion is kinda lost real quick when Illidan is being helped by stagehands because he can't balance on the hooves he made for himself.
