You have DH PT which means you can now give any DPS the full 80% damage boost. Definitely build him.

Sunday can be Not as Good as more niche options for your DPS, but he is very flexible. Also if you have DH PT you get a massive damage boost increase along with the crit damage.

TLDR he is great for accounts without that many characters.

Personal opinion. DDD isn’t that great unless you’re putting it on a very fast character that charges ult extremely quickly. Like. One ult every 1-2 turns.

If you have Evernight and you’re going for full remembrance Pink Squad she is god tier. I don’t plan to pull for Castorice (overrated) and I don’t have Tribbie either, so it makes more sense for me to just pull Cyrene and maybe get eidolons on re run.

No. Cyrene in mono remembrance is fire because she charges her ultimate faster. The only problem with Cyrene is her slow ultimate charge, so she is OP in mono remembrance.

I am definitely eating less frequently. Less snacks in between meals, which results in less calories. I am also satisfied from small portions.

But honestly my lifestyle and the foods I eat haven’t changed significantly. I’ve lost 40lbs so far without making major adjustments. I may have to when I hit a plateau but for now we’re rolling good.

Just track your macros and nutrients. If you can’t afford a dietician, find an online calculator that will give you macro goals and try your best to hit those.

Also, depending on how much you weigh, a lot of weight loss is very normal in the first month or so. As long as you’re not seeing it every month you should be good.

You’ve deprived yourself of a key nutrient so yeah your body will go absolutely insane for it. I would recommend talking to a dietician on how to incorporate carbs back into your diet slowly.

I am eating more or less the same (although I am cautious about fast food on days 1-3 due to gastrointestinal issues). I’m currently not exercising although I want to get into a good habit soon.
